3M CFS9110H-S Hoshizaki Retrofit Water Filter

3M’s CFS9000H line of retrofit cartridges is intended for use in ice machine applications and fits in most Hoshizaki branded single, twin and triple manifold water filtration systems. The media used in these cartridges filters sediment and particulates that may be in the water. The CFS9112H-SK cartridge features a carbon block that reduces particulate as well as chlorine taste and odor from the incoming water. The cartridge contains an antimicrobial agent that inhibits bacteria growth within the filter media. The CFS9110H-S reduces particulate from the incoming water, but if chlorine is present, it will remain in the water for its disinfection properties to help reduce biofilm growth inside the ice machine. The cartridges include scale inhibition media to help reduce scale build-up on evaporator plates. CFS9000H Series cartridges do not require pre-activation for functionality, allowing an operator to change the cartridge in seconds.
